Our Approach to Behavioral Support

A. Key Behavioral Group is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-led practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals, families, caregivers, educators, and support teams.

Our services are individualized, evidence-based, and designed to help individuals develop functional skills, address behavioral challenges, and increase their ability to navigate everyday environments and routines in their daily life.

Our Mission

A. Key Behavioral Group aims to help unlock each individual’s potential by creating opportunities for growth, connection, and meaningful participation at home, at school, and within the community.

With more than 10 years of experience working in both home and educational settings, Shirley Bridgeford, BCBA, brings a strong background in supporting individuals, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Throughout her career, Shirley has supported individuals with a wide range of behavioral, developmental, and educational needs, including those with autism, neurodiverse needs, developmental delays, Down syndrome, and other unique support needs. Her experience has shaped an approach centered on understanding each individual as a whole not simply focusing on a diagnosis or behavior.

Shirley emphasizes practical, evidence-based strategies and the development of functional skills that can be applied across everyday environments. She values collaboration and believes meaningful support is strongest when individuals, families, educators, caregivers, and other professionals work together toward shared goals.

Through A. Key Behavioral Group, Shirley brings together more than a decade of experience in education and behavior analysis to provide individualized, collaborative support to the individuals, families, and teams she serves.
